Andaman Beach Run
Phuket, Krabi, and Koh Phi Phi -- the Andaman coast's greatest hits in 10 days.
The Andaman coast is Thailand at its most dramatic: vertical limestone karsts rising out of turquoise water, sea caves, and beaches that look engineered for a postcard. This route strings together the three best-known stops on the west coast. It works best in the dry season (November to April) when seas are calm enough for the boat trips that make this coast special.

Day 1
Bangkok
The arrival hub: temples, markets, and rooftop food, walkable in the cool season.
- Transit day -- grab lunch at a Chatuchak-side cafe
- Fly to Phuket in the evening (multiple flights daily, about 1.5 hours)
Days 2–4
Phuket
Largest Andaman island: beaches, diving, and the main southern airport.
- Phang Nga Bay day trip -- James Bond Island and the sea caves
- Old Phuket Town: Sino-Portuguese shophouses and excellent coffee
- Promthep Cape for a classic Andaman sunset
- Kata or Karon beach for a quieter swim than Patong
Tip · Rent a scooter from Old Town to explore the southern cape and beaches at your own pace.

- Loh Dalum Bay at low tide -- walk out to the sandbar
Tip · The island has no vehicles. Book a hotel close to the pier to keep bag-carrying to a minimum.
